Bored 200' with a 16" diameter for gravity sewer installation.

Location, under Lloyd Expressway, bore extended 120' with grade critical for drainage. Progress was challenging due to unexpected sandstone conditions.

Bored 183' beneath wetlands with line and grade critical for gravity sewer installation. Precision was essential due to environmental sensitivity and elevation requirements.

 Bored 210' beneath U.S. HWY 31 through sand and gravel soil conditions. Grade was critical with tight tolerances required around existing utilities, demanding precision and control throughout the operation.

 Location: Under Lloyd Expressway — 191' bore with grade critical for drainage. Adverse weather, including winter storms and flooding, combined with unstable backstop soil in the ditch line, created significant challenges.

Location, Bore under Lloyd Expressway at 116' was critical due to grade requirements for proper drainage. Winter weather and flooding conditions posed significant challenges, impacting accessibility and progress.

Bored beneath Highway 39 with grade critical for gravity sewer installation, requiring precise alignment to connect seamlessly to the existing line.

Bored 130' beneath railway with line and grade critical for water line installation. Tight tolerances required to avoid existing utilities, compounded by bitter cold temperatures during execution.

Drilling was selected as the safest and most effective method due to the required installation depth and precise alignment, as well as the proximity of the work area to an existing sewer structure and nearby residential neighborhood.

174 feet of 24" rock sewer and 40 feet of 12" pipe. Limestone floaters surrounded by red clay.

Gravity sewer line and grade critical- drilling sandy clay and rock with water veins.

Gravity sewerbore grade critical in limestone. Was very challenging with bore pit flooding multiple times due to being in close proximity to Rowan Creek.

Drilled pilot tubes followed by an Akkerman guide Rod Swivel (GRS50) cutting head due to tightly compacted hard clay soil conditions.
